One of the reasons of occurrence of this disease is the unhealthy lifestyle so little bit of change in lifestyle can prevent this disease. So, engaging in the intellectual activities such as reading, playing board games, completing crossword puzzles, playing musical instruments or regular social interaction shows a reduction in the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Following cholesterol free diet can also help in preventing this disease as it prevents hypertension and another cardiovascular disease. Following a healthy cholesterol free diet, Japanese, or Mediterranean diet can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and prevent worsening of the symptoms.
