The number of capsules you take depends on your medical condition for what you are being treated for. Your doctor will decide the correct dose for you. Do not make dose adjustments without discussing them with your doctor. Take the capsule before or after consuming food. Continue to take this medicine even if you feel well. Sudden discontinuation may increase the risk of your transplanted organ being rejected.
Before taking Cyclophil Me, you should tell your doctor if you have kidney problems, liver disease, gout, high blood pressure, or epilepsy. Also, tell your doctor about all the medicines you are using as they may affect the mode of action of Cyclosporine. This immunosuppressant should only be used in pregnant women when it is needed. However, it is not recommended in breastfeeding women. Your doctor will perform a series of tests during the treatment to monitor your blood pressure, kidney, and liver function.
