| 08/08/17 | Reliablerx has given me my life back with quality product at an outstanding value !!! | Overall I rate this company four stars for quality of product and value for. In the U.S the pharmaceutical industry is ran off greed and denies coverage of certain diseases. I suffer from a lower than normal testosterone level where in the U.S they will only cover testosterone injections with insurance with the side effects of energy crashes between injections. Reliablerx has given me my life back by providing HCG at a fraction of the cost of what the U.S. charges allowing my prescription to be filled by what is not covered by insurance over here. The wait is up to three weeks so I've learned to buy enough to not have a disruption to treatment. It's a wonderful feeling a natural hormone as HCG can let my body make its own testosterone level and not rely on synthetic testosterone. | See Details Edit Remove | |

| 09/05/20 | Confusing but all good in the end! | Service great but payment method was a bit confusing and felt a bit seedy, as the payment processor company was totally unrelated and had no reference to RX. Also the product packaging seems seemed to imply products were past expiry date but this was a misprint as the dates had slipped.. on closer inspection, the expiry date was the manufacturing dates. However, when using the tretinoin .05% I had purchased from their website, I have not had any irritation or redness from using it. Which is strange because I had been using a .035% prior that week and have had experienced these side effects when using that. I don't know if their product is what they say it is or if it is potent. | 05/29/20 | Excellent | Heads up your order may take some time to ship as flights going out are limited/backlogged as I understand it. After roughly a month however I did receive my order and that's all I care about. I initially left a rather negative review and now I feel bad as it was clearly unwarranted. | 02/03/19 | Reliablerx is good Bitcoin payment option needs improvement | I submitted an order and selected bitcoin as my payment option. I was transferred to a secure payment page. It has a link to click to go to your wallet. When you click it it opens your wallet with the amount of bitcoin and their wallet address as the receiver entered. I completed the transaction. They received the bitcoin and there are 6 confirmations on the block chainchain. After completing the transaction I was returned to the secure payment page which now displayed an error code. My account shows the order but says "pending payment". After numerous emails in which I had to supply them with all the payment details reliablerxpharmacy has confirmed my payment and resolved the issue. | See Details Edit Remove | |
| 08/02/18 | Stalled status of shipment | It’s been 10 days since I’ve placed my order. Didn’t receive a tracking number until I called and asked for one and that was on a Saturday and the rep I spoke with was able to provide me with one and said my package would be delivered the end of the following week. Since then my package has remained in the same status: “Origin post is preparing shipment. Processed through facility Singapore S?5 Singapore” Has anyone else seen their shipment stuck saying this only to see a sudden change in its status? I’m trying to be patient but the reviews I read of ReliableRx says their shipping is relatively quick...just wondering what the deal is with mine. | See Details Edit Remove |
