| 09/29/17 | Overall, usually reliable | I've ordered from them a few times. My biggest complaint is about the confirmation call. It comes from a goofy number and the person is always very hard to understand. One order I called in like 3 times because I hadn't received the confirmation call and it had not shipped, but just that once. | 09/27/17 | The service is good | The service is good and, true to their name, reliable. However their marketing department calls incessantly, multiple times a day, day after day. If you start to ask to be removed from their mailing list, they hang up. I believe subsidiaries use their mailing list because I keep getting calls from other pharmaceutical companies as well trying to sell an endless supply of Viagra.
