the only negative was that i had it … the only negative was that i had it sent to my home, and it required a signature, which i did not realize, and so the RX was sent back to the post office for pick up....had i known, i would have had it sent to my office to avoid the hassle. Great Product, Great Price! Shipping info was a little wonky. Never did know where my package was at anytime. I did email them and they explained the issue was with the shipping company. Regardless, this should've been explained from the beginning. Other then that, no issues, product came just as expected. See Details Edit Remove

Was happy with the service Was happy with the service, shipping and product, but the Retin A that I received expires in 3 months, so that was a negative since a tube will last me at least 6 months. However, for the price it was probably worth it. See Details Edit Remove

Mostly a good experience; Customer Service calling needs to Change! Ordering the product, the shipment of the product, and the product itself (and my experience) were excellent. The area they need to work on (and fix!) is the team that calls customers on the phone. They are terrible. If you're like me, if you don't recognize the phone number of an incoming call, you let it go to voicemail. That is what I did following placing my order online. Their team doesn't leave a voicemail. Instead, they call and call and call, about every 5 to 15 minutes, at all hours of the night! That is a really poor customer service move on their part. I told them -- the first time they call a customer they should leave a voicemail message. Then call the customer back 1 hour later. By then their customer would have listened to their message, made a note of the incoming phone number, and the next time they called, the customer will answer. Instead they call multiple times over and over until you answer. It is C-R-A-Z-Y! If you google their incoming phone number, you will see many complaints about this. I think my solution will make customers happy. See Details Edit Remove

Need email updates on order Wasn't sure if the order was active as there were no email updates. That's the reason for 3 stars. Other than that, the order came and I am satisfied. See Details Edit Remove
