| 02/19/18 | I ordered an item in February 16 2018… | I ordered an item in February 16 2018 In didn't get it till late January . It only took 4 days to go through customs . It took way too many days for the transaction & for reliable to ship my item . I used the product and it didn't work . I had used Same product from another company before and it did work Reliable is sending me a new item to their credit , to try . I hope it doesn't take so much time for them to ship it did last time.
