12/21/18		This was my first order	This was my first order. For some reason it seem to take 10 days in between each step of receiving the request ,requesting the actual prescription, Sending it wherever they needed to verify the cost and some glitches in the payment system. It took a month and multiple phone calls on my part to make the order complete. Once that was done I got it in a month , which is fine	See Details Edit Remove

12/03/18		Great Customer service	Great Customer service. Great delivery time. The only complaint I have is the payment method. Only Accepting Visa credit cards is back from the dinosaur years. 12/03/18		The order process was a bit tedious…	The order process was a bit tedious using my prepaid credit card. I had to send a of my drivers license which I wasn't 100% comfortable with. Once I got the link to pay things moved quickly. I had my order in a timely manner. Phone customer service folks were great. Chat online not so much. He told me I could send a utility bill instead of my drivers license. It cost me about a week of waiting because it turned out it wasn't acceptable. Customer service should all be on the same page. 11/27/18		I love the service	I love the service! And the Retin a quality. My pimple scars are removing. But it would be very comfortable to do a business if they had an easier method of payment like PayPal. Otherwise, I had to submit my driver licence and all which is too much.	See Details Edit Remove
