06/29/18		A Trustworthy Company	I have ordered from this company a few times in the last 9 months, and except for a rude Customer Service guy and the last time took 29 days after they said my order was shipped, it has been an overall decent pharmacy to do business with. The prices are fair and the quality has been generally good, with a few snags on each order. one time my order was split into 2 different packages. One arrived within 7 days and the other took another 15 days to arrive. Everything is always packaged well and survives the journey in one piece. I only had 1 time when the C.S. guy was rude and not helpful @ all. The other two orders had great Customer Service. It's not easy to pay with my credit card, but they find a way to accept it. All in all I am pleased with this pharmacy and would recommend it. Customers would be smart to use the E check payment method if they are from the U.S. as this appears to go smoothly. 05/17/21		Website needs work	Unfortunately, their website is not and I ended up being shorted on a medication that I needed. To their credit, they did notify me of my options. Still disappointing. Putting items in the cart should result in reserving that inventory for sale. The company is very concerned with customer service and called me within the hour to advise me that they had issued a ticket to address the stock and inventory issues.	See Details Edit Remove
04/30/21		Great source	Really like this company and have ordered from them at least a dozen times. Friendly, big selection, easy checkout. Only downside is that it takes a good while for the packages to arrive (6-8 wks) via international shipment from S. Asia, and status updates from them can be slim, so you just have to be ok with the wait and trust that they'll get it to you somehow even if that means a second shipment (occurred just once for me). 04/19/21		Happy with 1st time order	Happy with easy order process and communication from vendor. CV caused longer delivery. The tracking process could be easier. Had to and paste the long order/tracking numbers. The tracking info confusing/vague, but probably because it’s international. When I sent an inquiry, though, I got a prompt response with more detail. 04/26/21		These are great people bringing…	These are great people bringing affordable meds to people who otherwise couldnt afford them. The US gov and big pharma should be charged and convicted for keeping drug prices so high that struggling Americans cant afford them without insurance which is elusive for those who need it most. Without ReliableRx myself and others would go without. 4 stars instead of because the shipping process left me in the dark most of the time and the payment process can be frustrating the first time.
