Sysfol 5 mg is a folic acid supplement that improves red blood cell counts and reduces anaemia symptoms, such as tiredness and weakness. Anaemia is when your body does not have sufficient red blood cells to carry oxygen. If you do not have enough folic acid in your body that you obtain through foods, your body will produce fewer red blood cells, which can cause anaemia. Sysfol contains folic acid, which treats or prevents low folate levels in the body. Folate helps the body make healthy red blood cells. Moreover, if you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant, you should take folic acid until you are twelve weeks pregnant.

Sysfol may be taken before or after consuming food. Take the tablet regularly to get the maximum benefits. Take it whole without chewing, breaking, or crushing it.
