LupiHCG 5000i.u is used for the treatment, prevention, control, and improvement of the following conditions:

• Ovulation
• Gonadotropin-releasing hormone deficiency  
• When one or both testes fail to descend into the scrotum from the abdomen

LupiHCG contains HCG or Human chorionic gonadotropin, which occurs naturally in the body when a woman becomes pregnant. A pregnancy test checks for the presence of human chorionic gonadotropin hormone in the urine. However, when there is any problem in conceiving, the doctor may recommend LupiHCG injections and other hormones to help one get pregnant. The medicine contains the active ingredient chorionic gonadotropin. HCG plays a crucial role in developing eggs in the female ovaries and ensures that the egg released during ovulation is adequately stimulated. 

Make sure to take medicine as directed by your doctor. Your doctor will prescribe the dosage based on our condition. Do not take more than the prescribed dosage of LupiHcg medication. Taking more medicine will not lead to quicker results. It can lead to serious side effects. If you have overdosed, contact your doctor immediately.

If you miss a dose of the medication, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the time for your next dosage, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Refrain from taking an extra dose to make up for the missed dose. If you have constantly missed doses, you can set up an alarm or ask a family member to remind you. If you have missed too many doses, consult a doctor. 

It is important that you talk to your doctor about any pre-existing condition and the medications you may take before you take this medication. Some diseases and conditions may make you more susceptible to the side effects of the medication.

Also, inform your doctor if you plan to get pregnant or are pregnant or breastfeeding if you have an allergy to human chorionic gonadotropin, asthma, heart disease, kidney disease, or premature puberty.

If you take other medicines while taking Lupi Hcg injection, the latter's effects may change, which in turn can increase your risk of side effects. It may also cause the medication to not work properly. Inform your doctor about all the vitamins, supplements, and drugs that you are using so that he/she can help avoid possible drug interactions.

When you take HCG injections to treat infertility, there is a risk of developing ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Almost 25 per cent of the women using the injection suffer from a mild form of the syndrome, but it generally ends after a week. As Hcg is a hormone related to conception, a woman might also experience breast problems when taking the injections. The breasts may feel painful or tender. There also might be swelling in the breasts.
