Revolizer is a rotahaler device used to inhale dry pharmaceutical powder orally to treat lung disorders. It is a low-cost, environmentally friendly lung-related medicine delivery device. Without shaking or priming, a capsule must be inserted and inhaled through the mouthpiece provided. The device should be cleaned with a dry, clean cloth. To use the device, hold it at the base with one hand and pull back the mouthpiece. Please take out the rotacap (capsule) from its bottle. Insert the capsule into the chamber with the transparent end facing down. Close the mouthpiece. On closing, you will hear the “click” sound, which indicates the proper closing of the device. Breathe out fully through the mouth. The mouthpiece should be between the teeth and close the lips tightly around it.
Keep your head straight and breathe in through the mouth rapidly and deeply and breathe in through the mouth rapidly and deeply. If you use it correctly, then the rotacap vibrates inside the device. Remove the device from your mouth and hold your breath for about ten seconds. Then breathe out normally. After using the device, open the mouthpiece and discard the empty rotacap. Close the mouthpiece and store the device in the pouch provided. Â
You can rinse the mouthpiece with clean running water. Shake the device well to remove excess water and keep it air-dry. Clean it at least once a week.
