ReliableRxPharmacy is proud to offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will ship you another package or issue you a full refund as per your request in case your order does not show up or you return any item shipped by ReliableRxPharmacy, as long as it meets the following state of affairs:

  • You should return the item to us within 30 business days of receipt. Returns are not accepted for On Sale products (with the expiration of less than 6 months, at the time of purchase) and Free Gift products.

  • We do not accept back the items that have been opened or used unless that particular product is damaged or defective during transit.

 

Some important points to be noticed:

  • We kindly ask that you allow up to 30 business days from the order date for delivery. If you have not received your package or any notification (e.g., package on hold or returned to sender) after this period, please submit a ticket through the Refunds section, and we will promptly address your request.

  • In case you receive a partial or incomplete order, we will issue you a full refund and then charge your credit card again for only the product (s) you have received. Please inform us within 30 business days in case you have received partial or incomplete order. Queries received after 45 days of delivery will not be entertained. 

  • In case the shipment is returned due to reasons such as an unclaimed package at the time of delivery, or an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided at the time of purchase, a 50% reshipping fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of dispatching a new product, as we do not reissue returned items in accordance with our quality and safety policies. Since we do not store any customer payment information, you will need to contact us directly to arrange payment for the reshipment.

However, if the return is the result of an error on our part, we will gladly reship your order at no additional cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

  • We strive to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, you need to simply begin by contacting our Customer Care through our website only. We request you to be as brief as possible about the problem you are facing, including your order number, the name of the affected products, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. A Customer Care Specialist will respond to you as quickly as possible.

  • Please do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by our Customer Support.

 

Return Shipping and Processing:

You will need to pack your incomplete or broken order in the same package in which it has arrived, as guided by a Customer Support.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 30 business days and send you an e-mail confirmation for the same. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
