The recommended dose is one tablet taken as per requirement, about 1 to1 to 3 hours before sexual activity. It is not indicated for continuous daily use. The sexual dysfunction medicine is not for continuous daily use. Swallow the tablet whole with at least a glass of water. The tablet can be taken without regard to food. Do not drink alcohol when taking this medicine. Also, do not drink grapefruit juice within 24 hours before taking Long Drive 30 mg. Make sure you do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours, as this increases the risk of side effects and provides no additional benefit. Since Long Drive 30mg should be taken as needed, it is not an issue if you forget to take it. Let your healthcare specialist know if you take more of these Dapoxetine tablets than you should. You may be sick. Symptoms of overdose of Long Drive 30 are nausea, vomiting, rapid heartbeat, agitation, tremor, and dizziness. If you think you have taken too many of these tablets, you may need urgent medical attention.
Warning and precautions with Dapoxetine pill

Do not take Long Drive 30 mg tablets if you are allergic to Dapoxetine or any other ingredients present in the formulation. Avoid taking it if you are already using monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), antidepressants, or have taken MAOIs within the last 14 days. Once you discontinue Long Drive, wait about a week before taking a MAOI. You should avoid the use of thioridazine for the treatment of schizophrenia or have consumed thioridazine within the last 14 days. Once you discontinue your Dapoxetine, wait a week before taking thioridazine. Concomitant use with SSRI, tricyclic antidepressant, serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, anti-HIV medicines, anti-fungal agents, and certain other medications, and herbal products to treat depression is contraindicated. Also, the sexual dysfunction medication should not be used if you have a history of mania, severe depression, heart problems (heart failure, problems with heart rhythm), moderate to severe liver problems, or uncontrolled blood pressure. Before you begin taking this sexual dysfunction medicine, your healthcare specialist should conduct a blood pressure test to make sure that your blood pressure doesn’t drop too much when you stand up from a sitting or lying position. If you are a woman, then Long Drive 30 mg is not made for you. It has been studied for use by men with premature ejaculation. Also, if you are under 18 or over 65, you must not take this Dapoxetine formulation.Â
