Duolin Rotacaps 100 mg 40 mg is a combination of Ipratropium and Levosalbutamol sulphate. Your doctor may prescribe this medicine to treat reversible bronchospasm associated with obstructive airway disease in patients who need more than a single bronchodilator. The medicine relieves symptoms such as chest tightness, coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath. Ipratropium and levosalbutamol work by widening the muscle in your airways.
