This medicine is a combination of two active ingredients namely Ipratropium bromide and salbutamol. Both are effective bronchodilators, which improves breathing by opening up the airways passage. Duolin respules are extremely beneficial in treating breathing difficulties in people with long-lasting breathing issues in COPD. The medicine helps in relieving chest tightness, shortness of breath, and wheezing by opening up airways. Duolin respules comprises of an active pharmaceutical ingredient called Levosal butamol and Ipratropium Bromide. These ingredients simultaneously release on the muscarinic and beta2-adrenergic receptors present in the lungs. This all leads to the dilation of the narrowed bronchioles, and thus used in the treatment and prevention of bronchospasm associated with reversible COPD, chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
