Angizem 30 mg treats high blood pressure and controls angina. Angizem contains Diltiazem as an active ingredient, a class of medications called calcium channel blockers. The most common side effects of Angizem 30 mg include vomiting, nausea, constipation, headache, and feeling dizzy. Diltiazem is strictly not recommended for use in children. It is advisable to limit the consumption of grapefruit juice you drink while taking this medicine as it can increase the amount of this calcium channel blocker and increases toxicity. You should not take medicine if you are a pregnant or breastfeeding woman.
