Cancellation of the order can take place from either side. We make all possible efforts to fulfill the orders, but we may unable to process certain orders and must cancel them due to specific reasons like unavailability of stock, the issue with the product or any payment related error.
In case of any cancellation, our team contact to a customer to communicate the cancellation reason. Your entire amount will be refunded in your account if it has been charged.
Non-Receipt of Payment
Unpaid orders are automatically treated as canceled.
Cancellation by the Customer
You may contact our Customer Support team in case you wish to cancel your order. We will cancel your order, if the order is not dispatched. A cancellation fees of $10 would be applicable on cancelled order. The order that has already been processed or shipped by us will not be canceled. In some cases, this can happen if you approach to our customer support team within 12 hours after you have placed the order.
If the payment was made via Credit Card, you will get the refund in Credit Card. And if the payment mode was Money order or Check and the same has been not deposited, then we will send back your Money order /Check. The Money order /Check will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
Generally, refunds are processed in less than ten (10) working days. But the Money order /Check payments may take more time to deliver to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account after you deposit the Check in your account.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
