Purpose

To ensure fair use of affiliate coupon codes and to protect our affiliate program from fraudulent activities, ReliableRxPharmacy enforces the following policy for affiliate commissions and coupon usage.

Allowed Coupon Use:

• Coupons must only be shared via approved affiliate channels (blogs, social media, newsletters, etc.).

• Coupons are intended for first-time customers only, unless otherwise stated.

• Affiliates are encouraged to promote unique, trackable coupon codes issued by ReliableRxPharmacy.

Prohibited Activities:

1. Coupon Sharing on Unauthorized Sites

   • Do not post or allow codes to be posted on public coupon-sharing websites (e.g., RetailMeNot, Grabon, etc.).

2. Usage by Existing Customers

   • Coupons used by returning customers will not qualify for commission.

   • Commissions will be denied if:

     • The email, IP, or device is linked to a prior purchase.

     • The customer has an existing account or prior order with ReliableRxPharmacy.

3. Coupon Manipulation

   • Do not use bots, incentives, fake sign-ups, or manipulate cookies to force attribution.

   • Affiliate tracking must reflect genuine user intent.

4. Self-Referral

   • Affiliates cannot earn commissions on purchases made by themselves or close relations.

Consequences of Policy Violation:

• Commission denial for affected transactions.

• Affiliate account suspension or termination for repeated abuse.

Enforcement Measures:

• Coupon codes are limited to first purchase only.

• Coupon misuse detection through:

  • Order and IP tracking

  • CRM and past customer matching

  • Manual audits of suspicious activity

Affiliate commissions will only be honored for valid, new-customer purchases. ReliableRxPharmacy reserves the right to deny commissions or deactivate affiliate accounts where coupon or referral abuse is detected. The company also reserves the right to modify coupon terms at any time without prior notice.
