Triolmezest 5/12.5/40 mg is a prescription treatment for patients suffering from high blood pressure and heart complications. It contains Amlodipine, Olmesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide, which helps lower high blood pressure, thus reducing the chance of future complications such as heart attack and stroke. However, Triolmezest is not recommended in patients with severe hepatic impairment. 

Consumption of alcohol is prohibited during this blood pressure treatment. Avoid grapefruit juice as it may cause side effects. 

The most common side effects of Triolmezest 5/12.5/40 mg include dizziness, headache, tiredness, swelling, and taste change. Talk to your doctor right away if any of these bother you, or get worse, or do not resolve within a few days of the treatment. Drink plenty of fluids during the entire treatment. This helps to overcome muscle weakness, extreme thirst and dry mouth problems.
