Requip XL 4 mg cures the signs and symptoms of Parkinson's disease. It contains Ropinirole, the active ingredient of the medicine is a drug belonging to the non-Ergoline class of drugs used for treating Parkinson's disease and restless legs syndrome. You should not take Requip XL 4 mg if you are OR have:

     — Allergic to Ropinirole

     — Pregnant or planning to become a pregnant

     — Breastfeeding a child

Requip XL 4 mg shows common and serious side effects such as Constipation, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Drowsiness, Dry mouth, Headache, Nausea, Stuffy nose, Trouble sleeping and Weakness. Some serious and rare side effects that need serious consideration are chest pain, Confusion, Decreased sexual ability, Drowsiness, Hallucinations, Sudden and unexplained weight loss, Swelling in hands, ankles and legs, Changes in vision, Sore or stiff neck and Speech problems.
