Duraplus 10/30 combines two medicines to treat premature ejaculation in adult men. It combines Dapoxetine and Tadalafil, which work together to treat premature ejaculation. Dapoxetine belongs to a class of medications known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI), which increases the serotonin (chemical) level in brain nerves to improve control over ejaculation and increase the time taken to ejaculate. The second medicine Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, which causes blood vessels in your penis to relax, thus allowing more blood to flow into your penis and enable you to have an erection when you get sexually excited. This further reduces your frustration or concerns due to premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction. It is usually taken 1 to 3 hours before being involved in a sexual act. Do not take this tablet more than once a day.

Duraplus should not be taken if you have hypersensitivity to Tadalafil or Dapoxetine.    

This sexual dysfunction drug should be used cautiously in patients with a history of depression, seizures, and other psychiatric conditions.

 Inform your doctor if you:

  — Have any history of liver, kidney, or heart diseases.

  — Have low or uncontrolled high blood pressure. The combination medicine may even cause dizziness and sleepiness, so avoid driving or doing anything that requires complete attention until you know how this medicine affects you.

  — You take prescription and non-prescription medicines (vitamins and other health supplements). Especially inform your doctor about nitrates, antihypertensive agents, ketoconazole, itraconazole, tryptophan, erythromycin,  phenobarbital,  carbamazepine,  lithium, erythromycin,  tramadol,  warfarin (water pill), sildenafil or vardenafil. This is not the complete list of medicines that can interact with Tadalafil or dapoxetine and bring serious complications.  

Common side effects of using Duraplus include headache, nausea, vomiting, flushing (sense of warmth in the ears, face, neck, and trunk), dry mouth, and nose bleeds. Other rare but serious side effects of the medicine include fits, seizures, changes in your mood, fainting or fell like light headed when you stand up, a sudden decrease or loss of hearing, thoughts of suicide or harming yourself, decreased eyesight or loss of vision in one or both eyes.
