Cwin cream 60 mg contains the antifungal agent ciclopirox, which effectively treats fungal skin and nail infections. It stops the growth of fungi, thus treating the infection. The topical medication contains the active ingredient Ciclopirox, which inhibits the growth of fungus and reduces the infection. It stops protein production in the fungal cells interfering with cell division. Thereby clearing fungal infections and providing relief from cracking, scaling, burning, and itching of the skin caused due to infections.

Use Cwin cream the same way your doctor has told you. Gently massage with Cwin cream into the affected and surrounding skin areas twice daily, in the morning and evening. Clinical improvement with relief of pruritus and other symptoms usually occurs within the first week of treatment. If a patient can’t see improvement after four weeks of treatment with ciclopirox cream, the diagnosis should be redetermined.

This product must be part of a treatment program for fungal infections of the nails, including regular removal of the infected nail and daily treatment with C win.     — The safety and effectiveness of paediatric patients below the age of ten years have not been established.

    — Cwin cream is contraindicated in individuals allergic to Ciclopirox or any of its components.

    — The patients should be told to avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Contact with skin other than the skin surrounding the treated nails should be avoided.

    — If a reaction suggesting sensitivity or chemical irritation occurs with Ciclopirox cream, treatment should be discontinued, and appropriate therapy should be introduced.

    — Use the topical medication for the full treatment time even though symptoms may have improved, and notify the doctor if there is no improvement after four weeks.

    — Inform your doctor if the application area shows increased irritation, such as burning, blistering, swelling, itching, or oozing. Avoid the use of occlusive wrappings or dressings.

    — The topical product is not recommended for children below ten years of age. If you are using any steroidal cream, inform your doctor before taking Cwin 60 gm. Do not use the cream excessively or for a prolonged time, as it may cause adverse effects.

    — Do not wrap the treated area with bandages unless advised by your doctor. Do not apply the medicinal product to broken skin or cuts.

    — Do not use nail varnish on the nails that you are treating.
