I placed my order may 6 and i still…

I placed my order may 6 and i still haven’t received it. Nor am i really getting any updates about it and i’m just upset because i was trying to use my product it in certain time period. it’s a bit upsetting

Extremely disappointed

I placed an order on April 14 and I still haven't received my products, when I contact customer service I don't receive a concrete response, and when I call (in the working hours 9am to 6pm) nobody answers me. what’s going on? i have requested a refund several times via email and still did not get no specific answer.this is the first time I m using you guys and I am very disappointed ☹️
