Even during COVID! There was some kind of mix-up in the beginning about whether my payment went through. Customer service assured me it did. Then after 5 weeks without my order I called and asked if it was still coming and customer service assured me that it was. And it did arrive - COVID made it take longer, of course. So I'm super pleased with customer service and the products appear to be in good order. thanks!

I’m on my 4th order...

I’ve just ordered another 9 tubes of Johnson &Johnson’s 0.05% Retin-A. This is my 4th Order with this company. I got a phone call only with the first order, to verify that it was me ordering, for security. Since then I’ve been paying by bank transfer and had no issues (I’m in the UK). Delivery has always been quick and everything well packaged to prevent damage. So I’d recommend the company for their reliability and had no problem with the products which are legitimate.

The service was great, my items arrived earlier than I expected. This is surprising, with everything going on with COVID19. I love that I was given a tracking number as this made me feel more secure, particularly since I was dubious of ordering at first and worried I would be scammed.
