first time ordering
After my complaint and review on trustpilot of December 16, I was immediately contacted. The service from this point on was very friendly, fast and solution oriented. They have sent my package, even though the money was not '' officially '' on the account yet. I find that very customer-friendly of them. It was the first time I ordered from this website and was skeptical at first, but now have every confidence in this company. This is the first time I have ordered from this website. I have transferred the money for the products via wire transfer. According to my bank everything was done well and the money was simply transferred. However, Reliable just keeps claiming that they didn't have the money, that while the account number to which I transferred the money is the number they gave me! when I send an email I get the same response from customer service every time. Substantive questions are not answered. It takes at least a day before you get a response and based on the response it is clear that they have not read my email. I've probably lost my money now and won't get anything.
