Never Received Order!

I have yet to receive my order from the middle of December, it is now the 4th week in January. I received an order placed 2 weeks AFTER this one and it arrived 2 weeks ago, yet when I have contacted customer service...twice, I get a cut and pasted response regarding delays due to Covid. The package stopped out of Country on Dec. 26th according to tracking and Has NOT moved since. Not acceptable.
