I have placed 3 orders with Reliablerxpharmacy, and on each order I had some "out of the box questions'. Each time, I received a response from support in short time!
Not only that, in looking back on my tickets I see that I've been fortunate to have been assisted by Eric. I can't compare him to the rest of your support team, but I can tell you that he is not only polite and professional but he has gone beyond the "normal customer service rep" in that he's very knowledgeable and doesn't make me feel rushed.
I'm very happy with my whole experience so far, however I wish there was a way we could by-pass the "verification phone call" every time I order. It's just that I am often away from my phone for 10 hours at a time. So, I see where I missed the call, but they don't leave a message, or give me a call-back number, etc.
Again, love your products and customer service. I will be ordering from you at least 2-3 times a month.
