The website claims that you can pay with credit card or e-check but the payments never went through. Instead, they suggested I use a money order which is a completely unsafe means of payment. Below they suggest that the issue is related to the difference between my shipping address and billing address, but I have never had issues with any other products that I have ordered and I have lived abroad for over 7 years and have countless orders shipped to me. Additionally, if this was the case, they should have immediately informed me after my first order attempt and I would not have attempted to order through this company again. If I had received such a prompt response I would not have complained about this site. Instead, they sent vague responses about payment problems and they did not respond to several of my tickets and messages regarding this issue which left me confused and worried. I was told on several occasions that they would call to verify payment but I never received a call. However, they responded immediately to my negative review on trust pilot. I think they need to reassess their priorities. Additionally, I am quite sure that this company has been in business prior to April of this year. This leads me to believe they open a new trust pilot account as soon as their negative reviews begin to pile up. I rarely post negative reviews (perhaps twice in my life) but this is truly sub par service. On the whole, there are definitely better options.
