It is very difficult to check out and pay. I had to wait 2 extra wewks the last two times in order to pay for my order

Be patient. Everystep of placing an order sucks.

The placement of orders is so easy. iI my first order I wanted to use my debit card and the email the sent back to my my bank routing number. I had to call CS again and request the form for VISA. I had to call customer service and 2 days later they sent me the form for the VISA My second order put the charge in 2x's, so I had to call back and se what I needed to attach which showed the mistake their bank made. l sent back customer service my bank statements, minus my personal information. 2 days latter they reversed the 2nd charge. I am very happy. But trying to write this review has been horrible. My brand new Dell doesn't seem to be compatable with their system. Just be patient it is a pain in the butt but you cant beat their prices.

Great Product At first I did not want to order from a pharmacy that I did not know anything about, but I decided to give them a try, I am glad I did, it took 15 days to come but that was what they had stated it would take 5-15 days. it is the real thing and for the price you can not beat it, at my Reg. pharmacy the price was $315.00 for one tube (which I did not get), I like the cream formula better than the gel, it mix well with my Vitamin C cream. I will be ording again and again. this is where I will be getting my retinol from now on. GREAT PRICE. Costomer service was great too, anwsered all my questions.
