I contacted called ReliableRx Pharmacy within a couple of hours of placing my order. Since no one was available, I sent an email. I had placed an order for the wrong strength of medicine so I asked that my order be cancelled. I received an email asking if I'd like to tell them the correct strength or still cancel and telling me my order was stopped. I promptly replied to cancel. About a week later, my card was charged and the original item came in the mail. I'm going to contact my bank and share the email exchanges with them so they can reverse the charge.
