Good products but slow delivery

Ordered on 2nd Aug still waiting on 13th for delivery to Australia. Reliable supplier but they need to change their shipping to express. For small extra cost get orders in half the time. As per response below I obviously know how long it takes but wanted a response re option to pay extra with the free shipping to have express

Great company. Order arrived as ordered and very happy. Some difficulty to place order at the beginning and received a phone call and then had to provide utility bill as proof of age and was then given a secure link to pay. I understand it's all for security and all was well in the end. Overall very happy.
