I ordered tretinoin gel in. 5% and .1% after seeing a review of reliablerx on youtube. The first time i ordered it was very complicated. I tried to pay with echecks and for whatever reason it would not take my payment info after numerous attempts, then i decided to pay with my card. After a few attempts it went through and then i received a call from them to confirm my order and identity. After the call i expected to receive a confirmation email and received nothing. I had to make at least 3 calls to them to check what was going on with my order. A week past and no transaction was made on my account and i became nervous since they had my card and info and i hadnt received any email or confirmation of any kind. Eventually i became frustrated and emailed them saying i wanted to know what was going on and that i was starting to think this was a scam. After that email i did receive my confirmation email (approx. 1.5 weeks after placing the order) the delivery took a long time. When i received my product the .1% tretinoin gel appeared to be what i ordered and legit but the .5%, although the tube says its gel, looks like cream. I contacted them to ask about it and they said to send them a picture of the tube via email. I didnt bother to, as this process was already taking too much time. I havent opened any of the others (i ordered three .1% and one .5%) so i cant really say if they are all what i ordered until i open them. Overall i found the ordering experience frustrating and time consuming. I was told it was because i had never ordered from them before and that next time it will be less complicated. Their prices are very reasonable so i might give it another try. Hopefully it goes smoother.
