Unable to pay with protected debit/credit card

Made an order for Tretinoin but when I wanted to pay with debit card it said I had to wait for an email/call to ask for the debit card number. I never received anything, so sent a message asking how to pay and received an email saying they can send me a link for a credit card number and would need a of my ID to prove I wanted to make the order. This rings a lot of alarm bells, especially with a lot of identity theft going on. I don't think my bank would reimburse me if they knew I had sent that if something went wrong with this site so I will not go through with the purchase.

great products, bad tracking

Everything I’ve ordered has been correct and seems to work well. However, the tracking numbers they have sent me on every order so far haven’t worked for me. I always have to send their customer service a separate email after a week or two to get the correct tracking information. If you don’t care to know when your package will arrive then you will probably have a 5 star experience.
