I've ordered twice from them now, first order no prob and I like the bpay option - no credit card info being shared. My second order did go missing, however their customer service people fixed the problem and it arrived quickly. I'm in Australia so was a bit leery about using these guys, but have been pleasantly surprised and saved a bomb
