Have to plan ahead for ordering. Can take 3 or more weeks for delivery. There is a period of time between payment and notice of shipping where it is difficult to get a status update, resulting in concern about if everything is in good order. A little better communication would make a big difference. The staff does respond within a day or two, but answers have been a little inconsistent.
