I've ordered retin a several times and received excellent service. The prices are amazing and it sure beats going to a doctor to get a prescription. I like the fact that they call you after placing an order to confirm that you and no one else placed the order.

No le doy 5 estrellas porque la compra se hizo doble, no confirman compra por email asi que no hay modo de saber si se logro con exito la compra por eso intente de nuevo hacer mi compra y ooh! sorpresa al revisar mi cuenta bancaria 2 compras cobradas; llamé para cancelar una de las 2 compras; dijeron que cancelarian un pedido y nada, me llegaron las 2 compras 15 dias despues de la compra. En general el gel que compré funciona excelente, el envío llegó en el tiempo prometido.

The purchasing process is always so difficult. You don’t accept MC at face value so that was a time consuming experience. I usually use e-check but that was denied this time. So I may look elsewhere after being a customer for several years.
