I received my product in the time they said it would be received. Great customer service when asking questions. However, when using the tretinoin .05% I had purchased from their website, I have not had any irritation or redness from using it. Which is strange because I had been using a .035% prior that week and have had experienced these side effects when using that. I don't know if their product is what they say it is or if it is potent. But alas, they sent me their product in a timely manner.
