I ordered the product on the 5th of…

I ordered the product on the 5th of March, and still there is no tracking information available-I have the tracking number but when I plug it into the United States Post Office tracking it says it hasn't even left the original shipper. I realize that this might be because of the alleged pandemic. Some kind of follow up from you guys to give me an assessment of the situation would be very kind since I'm now crashing without my medication. How about it? Can you find out what's going on? (My intention was to wait until my package actually arrived before I did this assessment)
