I always get my products. Always have to call to get the link to pay by credit card. Paying by check is highly encouraged. No one does with companies outside the USA if they want any money left in their account.

5 stars for the product, but only 4 stars for the time it took for the shipping and delivery.

Do not ever be in a hurry for anything from this company. It will take weeks for delivery. But, you will get what you ordered and in perfect condition. It just takes forever for delivery!!!!!!
