I was a bit nervous ordering out of the country, and it did take quite a bit longer than normal (most likely because of covid), but when it arrived, the retin-a reacted with my skin the same way any retin-a in the past had. They have great customer service as well. :)

Payment methods. This is my only complaint. I wish we could use credit cards!! I was told to "borrow" a Visa from a friend/family member as I only have MasterCard.
