I am very happy. Customer service even called to tell me my order was at the post office. I don't mind waiting a few weeks for shipping from India. It's well worth it.

I've used Reliable several times now. Each delivery has been packaged robustly and delivered on time in great condition. I also received updates as to the packages' progress to my door throughout the process each time. I have found the company to be reasonable and reliable as well as easy to deal with.
