Website needs work

Unfortunately, their website is not and I ended up being shorted on a medication that I needed. To their credit, they did notify me of my options. Still disappointing. Putting items in the cart should result in reserving that inventory for sale. The company is very concerned with customer service and called me within the hour to advise me that they had issued a ticket to address the stock and inventory issues.

I have used ReliableRxPharmacy twice now and have been satisfied with the service. They will let you know when your product was shipped and the date it should arrive. They also provide you with a tracking number. Any question you have are answered promptly. I intend on continuing to use ReliableRxPharmacy.
