not received

Still have not received order (month and half), and while I understand there are dynamics beyond control, not being able to track or even tell me if I'll EVER receive an order is not acceptable to me. These are drugs I rely on, and need, and now I MUST pay through the nose to get them ASAP, and I'm told they are "willing to re-ship them"...been on the internet shopping since 1996, one of the worst experiences I've ever had to endure. Do NOT trust their shipping estimate, they do NOT have good tracking software, and they will LIE to you.

Five stars from me

I have had excellent service from your company. The orders are always correct. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with you, and there is probably nothing you can do about it ... and that is how long it takes to get delivery. I realize the pandemic hasn't helped; so I now place my renewals two months ahead of time. Still worth it to not have to pay the exorbitant prices the American drug companies charge, though.
