Good products, Bad tracking information

Products are always good however this particular experience was extremely poor with tracking my shipment. When it takes this long to get what you've already paid for, it's crucial that you're able to track it to be certain it is on its way. It would also be better if you are able to accept credit cards instead of having to use personal banking information.

We however agreed that the tracking status was not timely updated which is common as many shipments start showing the update once the package reaches the destination country.
