Overall, usually reliable

I've ordered from them a few times. My biggest complaint is about the confirmation call. It comes from a goofy number and the person is always very hard to understand. One order I called in like 3 times because I hadn't received the confirmation call and it had not shipped, but just that once. Otherwise I always get a good product, and usually receive it within a couple weeks.
