My asthma meds were delivered within the window that Reliablerxpharmacy specifies on their website. They were great in answering any questions I had as a first time customer. After having losing our insurance earlier this year I was panicked at the prospect of having to pay sums we could not afford every month for my maintenance Rx. This is a great service and a great company. Makes you realize how ripped off we are dealing with Big Pharma here in the US. Thank God for ReliableRxPharmacy.

STAY FAR AWAY!

Absolute Nightmare dealing with this site.My debit card was Processed and money was taken out of bank account for the amount of my order.They called and said my Card was declined. I looked at my online Bank account statement and it shows money was taken out for exact amount.Argued with them over the phone,finally had to spend more money/time and fax a print out of account transaction.Process took several days they said there was a problem with there bank " never mentioned my fax" and my order will be shipped.A day later was alerted by my Bank that suspicious activity taking place on my account Called Bank and looked online saw that there was a slew of unauthorized uses of my debit card totaling $700.This was the only site I used card on in the past 4 months all charges took place within a few days of giving them debit info.Now Card has been canceled,Bank sending a new one and I'm working with claims department to get my money back.STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

The website claims that you can pay with credit card or e-check but the payments never went through. Instead, they suggested I use a money order which is a completely unsafe means of payment. Below they suggest that the issue is related to the difference between my shipping address and billing address, but I have never had issues with any other products that I have ordered and I have lived abroad for over 7 years and have countless orders shipped to me. Additionally, if this was the case, they should have immediately informed me after my first order attempt and I would not have attempted to order through this company again. If I had received such a prompt response I would not have complained about this site. Instead, they sent vague responses about payment problems and they did not respond to several of my tickets and messages regarding this issue which left me confused and worried. I was told on several occasions that they would call to verify payment but I never received a call. However, they responded immediately to my negative review on trust pilot. I think they need to reassess their priorities. Additionally, I am quite sure that this company has been in business prior to April of this year. This leads me to believe they open a new trust pilot account as soon as their negative reviews begin to pile up. I rarely post negative reviews (perhaps twice in my life) but this is truly sub par service. On the whole, there are definitely better options.
