I never got my order. I kept waiting for it. It was taking so long that I finally tracked it yesterday. They said it was delivered on July 31. We NEVER got the package. We immediately contacted our local post office who said it was stolen from our mailbox! They said they had been having this happen in the area recently. We then contacted the United States Postal Service and MADE A REPORT. I emailed all of this information to you, but your agent DID NOTHING! Now, I do not have my order and I do not have my money! I cannot afford to lose $80.50. The USPS is sending me a confirmation letter to email to you. They said you should replace my order for me and I agree. I have been a customer for almost 10 years! NO ONE THERE IS HELPING ME WITH THIS!

I have been doing business with this website for over 10 years. I have been able to save a lot of money and to treat myself with better products than I could get from my doctor.
