There was a hiccup in the ordering (that actually had to do with the order being approved too quickly!); however, correspondence was quickly answered and maintained for a quick resolution. Between the great response and the prices for good product (thank heavens for a way to offset the appalling state of medicine costs in the US), I'm very impressed.
