Excellent ordering experience

As far as ordering and receiving my products, I give the company 5 stars. I haven't used the products long enough to review. However, I have used Retin a, Lattisse and hydrquinione for year. The price point can't be beat!!

Payment gateway is pathetic.Customer care is rude.

Payment gateway is pathetic. Approval process is time consuming. Shipping time is very late. Customer care is rude, they talk rude rather than listening to customer.

My order was filled correctly and sent

My order was filled correctly and sent, however, I was sent an incorrect tracking number that had been used in the past. This was not corrected during the shipping process, so I had no idea when I would receive my package. I did notify the Pharmacy and they explained that they "reuse" tracking numbers, and the number assigned to my shipment had not been deleted from their records before it was reused for my order.

I give 4 stars because the shipping took about 1 month. The good thing that the customer service responded my email within 1-2 days. I'll reorder my Retin A cream again from this website.

Great products and prices

Great products and prices! I highly recommend using them. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because of the wait time. I live in the USA and it took a few weeks to arrive. Over all a good experience.
