The product is great

The product is great, customer service was great but it took nearly a month for me to receive it. I would give 5 starts if there were a quicker turnaround time.

Good customer service

Good customer service. Merchandise arrived quickly. Only beefs are that the retin a I ordered expires in less than a year...so be sure to order only as much as you plan on using within a year. While placing order, website kept clocking so I didn't know if order went through and I ended up placing 2 orders. CS resolved it quickly though.

Shipping took almost a month

Shipping took almost a month, and when I emailed a question, it was poorly answered and I still had questions about shipping. Overall a hassle to go through but at least I got the product eventually.

I had trouble paying.

I had trouble with the them when I tried to pay it got worked out but was difficult if I didn’t really want the product I would have cancelled I had no trouble when ordering before.
