I placed an original order that somehow…

I placed an original order that somehow got messed up and I never did receive the order. I called back and they confirmed that somehow it was missed in shipping so they did then ship me that order. They said they were going to ship a second order with a few extra items for my inconvenience to my home. I never have received those. I will say this is the only time I’ve had a bad experience all the other times have been good.
